Angel Food Cake is one of my faaavorite summer treats. It's light and sweet and perfect at cookouts, for afternoon snacking, and even at breakfast time alongside a cup of coffee. Usually I'm not a huge fan of boxed cake mixes, but Angel Food cake is my only exception.
For this recipe, you need three ingredients:
Angel Food Cake Mix
Can of Pineapple Juice
1 cherry vanilla Big Slice pouch (From Target!) or your favorite sliced fruit
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and set out a 9x13 pan. (Do not spray with oil)
2. Mix Angel Food mix, 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, and 1 Big Slice pouch.
(if using sliced fruit, use 3/4 cup of pineapple juice and 1/2 cup sliced fruit)
3. Bake in 9x13 pan for about 30 minutes. Let cool 20 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
